(1973-2002)

Enlisting in the U.S. Navy in 1973 at the tail end of the Vietnam War was the beginning of the most life learning experience. During my career, I served on board three U.S. Navy Ships with deployments to the Asian Pacific and the Indian Ocean. Upon completion of 20 years of service in August 1993, I retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officer.

That same month I was hired on at Production Chemical Manufacturing Inc., also known as Production Car Care Products in Stockton, California, manufacturers of detail/body shop products. As Director of Distributor Recruitment & Private Label I was instrumental in growing its distributor force coast to coast. Working with a dynamic owner, I obtained a wealth of knowledge in the industry. After 9 ½ years, it was time to forge on to a new path.

(2002-2018)

March 2002, I established an auto detail, auto body & janitorial supply company in Lodi, California, servicing customers in the Central Valley.

January 2013, I assumed the role of General Manager for Nanoskin Products. The company grew from a little-known entity to a widely recognized manufacturer of the Auto Scrub Pad.

September 2018, I resigned my position at Nanoskin Products & started the biggest endeavor yet.

(2018-Present) 

October 2018, I opened First Detail/Auto Body Supply Store in Omaha, Nebraska. This store sells a wide variety of detail & body shop products. We also mix & sell two paint lines (Matrix & Wanda). I expanded the business with a 4,000 square foot training center, window tint & PPF (also known as clear bra) operation. Subsequently, I added a 2,000 square foot spray-on undercoating & bed liner operation. With 8,000 square feet of day-to-day operations, First Detail Supply has become a model for future businesses.

As the Automotive Reconditioning Market evolves, I wanted to assemble my own line of products. I have established Double Diamond Detailing Supplies to pursue this endeavor. This line of products includes two dynamic ceramic coatings & a superb true spray ceramic sealant. A supporting cast of SIO2 hydrophobic products from a ceramic boost, ceramic detail spray, ceramic maintenance soap & a ceramic glass cleaner, along with other detail products.
